Please note that all crockery, utensils and cutlery needs to be washed, prior to departure, otherwise an additional cleaning fee of AUD 60 will apply All apartments are non-smoking Smoking inside the apartment will result in a fine and extra cleaning fees will apply Please ensure that you keep your balcony glass doors closed when out of the apartment to avoid any unwanted access by the local bird-life, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be applied Being in tropical Queensland, it is essential to leave the air conditioners on at 23 degrees Please do not turn these off Please note that the swimming pool and surrounds are closed for renovation from 18 April, 2017 until 22 June, 2017 During this time, guests will be able to use either the Bouganvilla Pool, located opposite the apartments on Catseye Beach, a short 2-minute stroll from the resort or the main pool, located at the Hamilton Island Resort Centre, a short 5-minute walk from the Whitsunday Apartments The pool and surrounding area will be open on 23 June, 2017 Please note that the total price of the reservation will be charged upon booking Please note that there is a 125% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card and a 3% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card Please note that credit card surcharges are not refundable Please note that a maximum of 3 rooms can be booked at one time
